Q: What is your Return Policy?
A: 7 days full money back OR 14 Days Exchange or Credit Note (Gift Card).
We accept returns on most* items in good condition and with original receipt.
*WE DO NOT accept returns on: furniture, plants and sale items.
If you're not sure about an item, please contact us.
Q: What if I lost my receipt?
Unfortunately we cannot issue a return without a receipt. Some exceptions are made for exchanges on regular merchandise.
Please speak to a store manager. Moss Points Members: Keep in mind that all of your purchases are tracked on our system. If you would like a copy of a past receipt, for any reason, please visit our store and speak to an associate.
Q: What is the Moss Points Program?
Moss Points is a private rewards program, open to any and all customers who care to join. It's 100% free and there's no card to carry!
Members receive 2 points for every dollar that they spend (excluding furniture). As points accumulate and set levels are reached, members can receive cash discounts on any item(s) the store! Redemption levels/values are as follows:
400 Points: $5
800 Points: $20
1200 Points $40
$2000 Points: $90
Points will never expire until they are redeemed.
Other perks include: Special offers and tracked sales.
Point cannot be exchanged for cash.
